This command is found on the Home tab of the ribbon bar, or in the File menu when using the toolbar and menu display. It is saves the current WinList analysis setup so that it can be reopened at a later time.
If the protocol has already been saved, this command updates the file on disk with the new setup. If the protocol has not yet been saved, it displays the Save Protocol As... dialog.
