The toolbar is displayed across the top of the application window, below the menu bar. It can be moved by clicking and holding the mouse down on a blank portion of the toolbar, then dragging to a new location. The toolbar provides quick mouse access to common ModFit LT functions.
The buttons appearing in the Toolbar are shown below along with an explanation of the functions they perform.

Adjust the scaling of the data, and the lower and upper boundaries of the analysis. |

Select a zoom factor for viewing the report page on the screen. |

Select a tissue type for the data sample. By selecting a type, you apply the cutoffs for that type. You must enter your own cutoff values in the S-Phase cutoffs dialog. |
