This command is found on the Home tab of the ribbon bar, or in the File menu when using the toolbar and menu display.
This menu option is used to replace the data file for the current data source with another data file on disk.
The Open dialog box is displayed so that you can select a new file. To open the new file, select it in the list box and click Open.
This dialog allows you to select more than one file at a time. If you select more than one file, a batch is automatically created for you, and a convenient toolbar appears at the bottom of the main window to allow easy navigation through the batch. See Batch toolbar for details.
