Redeem Battery Certificate

Please note:
Before completing this form, use the Charge Battery command in the Battery menu of the application.
Select the Redeem a battery certificate using a web browser option in the Charge Battery wizard.
The wizard will provide the information needed to fill-in this form.

Battery Certificate Information:

Please enter the information from the Redeem Certificate dialog in the application:

Battery Certificate: Enter your Battery Certificate.
Transaction Code This code comes from the Charge Battery Wizard.
Computer ID This comes from the Charge Battery Wizard.
Email (optional) If you would like the results emailed to you, enter an email address.
