Flow Cytometer Simulator

This application provides a simulation of a working flow cytometer. It was developed for the 2002 Bowdoin Flow Course to illustrate issues with color compensation. It provides insight into many attributes of flow cytometers.

This is ZIP file containing the application, which runs on Windows computers. UnZIP the downloaded file into a folder of your choice.

To run the application, first double-click vsviewer.exe. This will run an installation program for the Visual Simulator Viewer application. After the viewer is installed, you can double-click FlowCytometer1.vsm to run the simulator.

Please note that this program is supplied "As is" and without any warranty for its function or use. Support will be limited to the support pages of our WEB site.
