Enrich Data Source

This command is used to process a data source through a user-selected gate, selecting only the events that are in the gate into the sample packet that WinList uses for analysis. It is most useful for analyzing low-frequency populations (e.g. B-cells).

The Enrich command can be found on the Options tab of the ribbon bar, or on the main toolbar when using menus and toolbars.

When you select the command, a list of the active gates is displayed. Select the gate you want to enrich on. The data file will be re-read, this time selecting on the events "In" the selected gate.

To cancel the enriched analysis, select the option again and choose Ungated from the list.
