When this option is checked, Auto-update is enabled. Each time you move a region, the program will update results for the region and associated gates. This is the normal operating mode for WinList.
When this option is not checked, you can move regions without triggering the update of results, gates, and histograms. It can be useful when you need to adjust more than one region in a protocol that takes a long time to update. When the option is enabled (checked) again, the program will update any results, gates, and histograms.
